DAYSPRING HEARTCARE AND SUPPORT FOUNDATION is a non-profit organization established to promote preventive heart care, support cardiac patients, and advance cardiovascular health awareness through seminars, welfare programs, and training initiatives.

Trustees are appointed according to the Foundation’s constitution and have the authority to:

12. Dissolution Clause
In the event of dissolution, all remaining assets of the Foundation—after settling debts and liabilities—shall be transferred to another charitable organization with similar objectives, as determined by the Trustees and approved by the Corporate Affairs Commission.
