Membership and Dues

MEMBERSHIP

Membership of the Foundation shall be open to responsible and reputable pursuit subject to such terms and conditions as appear herein.

The Trustees shall be members of the Foundation

  1. The Trustees shall as they deem fit, admit responsible and reputable persons to the result of the Foundation in accordance with such criteria as they, from time to time, in their discretion determine.
  2. Volunteers shall be welcome and accorded recognition but they shall not be members of the Organization unless they apply and are admitted as such by the Trustees.

MEMBERSHIP DUES

No membership dues shall be chargeable but donations and gifts shall be accepted from members.

DISQUALIFICATION FROM MEMBERSHIP

The following persons shall be disqualified from membership

  • A person under 18 years of age
  • A lunatic or person of unsound mind
  • A person who has, within the last 10 years, been convicted of any offence involving dishonesty by a court of competent jurisdiction.
  • An undischarged bankrupt.
