Amendments

As a growing organization, we recognize the need to adapt to new realities while staying true to our mission. Any amendment or modification to our structure, policies, or constitution follows a strict and transparent process.

All proposed amendments must be discussed and approved during a General Meeting, with at least two-thirds of the members in agreement. Furthermore, any approved change is subject to the Registrar-General of the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) for official validation.

This ensures that our governance structure remains lawful, inclusive, and in alignment with the core objectives of the Foundation.
