Meetings

At DAYSPRING HEARTCARE AND SUPPORT FOUNDATION, regular meetings help us stay transparent, accountable, and united in purpose.

We hold two major types of meetings:

  1. General Meetings: Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held once a year to review our achievements, present audited financial reports, and plan for the year ahead. When urgent matters arise, the Trustees may also call for an Extraordinary General Meeting.
  2. Board of Trustees Meetings: The Trustees meet periodically to discuss policies, make critical decisions, and review the Foundation’s operations.

All meetings are conducted with proper notice and attendance, ensuring everyone’s voice is heard. Decisions are made through majority votes, and all discussions are documented in official minutes kept under the Trustees’ custody.

This structure ensures order, transparency, and continued growth in all our activities.
