POWERS AND DUTIES OF TRUSTEES

Upon the receipt of the Certificate of Incorporation, the Trustees shall have power to accept and hold to trust, all property belonging to the Foundation and to acquire land on behalf of the Foundation subject to any conditions as the Commission may impose.

The Board of Trustees shall be Custodian Trustees of all the funds and /or held by and in the name of the Foundation.

The Board of Trustees shall be responsible for the formulation of the policies of the foundation

The Trustees shall have power to represent the Organization in any matter

The Trustees shall have power to implement any course of action approved by them in accordance with this constitution in their capacity as Trustees.

The Trustees shall have power to enter into contracts, agreements, arrangements, deeds and other related matters provided that the Common Seal of the Foundation is affixed on the documents evidencing such transaction.

The Trustees may at their discretion delegate any of their powers and duties to other members of the Foundation.
