The income and property of DAYSPRING HEARTCARE AND SUPPORT FOUNDATION are devoted entirely to fulfilling our charitable goals. Every donation, grant, or resource is used solely to advance our mission — not for personal gain.

No member or officer of the Foundation receives payment for personal benefit. However, fair compensation may be made to staff or service providers for legitimate work done or reimbursement for reasonable expenses.

If, at any time, the Foundation ceases to exist, all remaining assets will be transferred to another non-profit organization with similar objectives, ensuring that our mission of service and compassion continues beyond our tenure.

We remain fully committed to ethical operations, accountability, and public trust.
